I dreaded the trip into the office. I knew that things were looking glum and I had not even had my coffee yet. I sat down at my desk and I called a meeting. I had the top people sitting across from me and I asked if they had any ideas. I was fortunate that they brought their best game into the room. One of them said that an email marketing solution could work for us. I was impressed with his understanding of the concept. We decided to do it. When the reports started coming in, I was doing flips. I was excited about our progress.
