I am lucky to be a Mormon, because in mormon doctrine, there is an endless supply of scriptures. There are the standardized works, which include the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. These works should be studied continually, especially the Book of Mormon, but mormon doctrine teaches that modern prophets continue to receive revelation for the Church and the world. Each General Conference, the words that are shared become scripture, and everything the current prophet says is scripture. Whatever the current prophet says is what the Lord’s will is for us today.
