What Type of Boss are You?
Have you ever had a group of employees work under you? What do you think they say about you? How would you describe your leadership in the workplace? How would your employees describe your style. It’s important to establish your style of leadership and to always grow. A lot of the time your style will depend on the type of employees you have. The environment will also affect your style. Your own style of leadership is often affected by the other types of leaders you work with. Make sure your style meshes well with the other types there. Discord amongst the leaders doesn’t make for good leadership!
