Deposit For Furnished Apartments
The renter’s association in the building next door is concerned about the new attraction of switching to furnished apartments miami. They think that this could probably lead to a retention problem with renters moving out more often. They feel that it would be too easy for them to pick up and move out anytime they feel like. The building manager explained to them that each renter will still need to sign a lease and put a substantial deposit down. There will be an additional deposit involving the furniture. There is also an underlying concern about the rent being raised all across the board.
