My brother in law is a wonderful graphic artist. He works for a major bank and financial institution providing sales collateral and other forms of printed material, both for the bank and its long list of clients.

A few weeks ago, while we were enjoying a night together as a family, he was a bit uneasy about one of his clients. It seems there was some time-sensitive material awaiting approval from [the client's] account reps.

“They don’t understand, he told me, these pieces have to be produced in a certain amount of time or the sarbanes oxley ramifications will be huge.”

“Time is truly of the essence with these projects, he added, if they don’t approve the work soon, there will be large fines involved.”
