I’ve been reading about
Lean Manufacturing Methods lately. I think it would be a good idea for our company. It could help a great deal with improving our efficiency.
From what I’ve read about Lean Manufacturing 5s, I think it could be worth the difficult adjustment in the end. It will be a tough road, though.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
