Advantage of work scheduling software

It’s been another full day at work. Thank God for technology simplifying things to a large extent. Personally, I feel that the Work Scheduling Software is a big boon for a large enterprise like mine. I used to go nuts trying to co-ordinate with everyone and still either there would be a misunderstanding or schedules had to be kept changing. With this soft ware both the operational and resources angles can be matched. I can fit in the personnel while taking their constraints into account and at the same time maintain my schedules. This has had a happy ending. Employee satisfaction is high and I have managed to cut down on labor turnover. May it continue!

Thoughts On Lean Manufacturing Methods

So I’ve been growing more and more interested in
Lean Manufacturing Methods lately. Our company is in dire need of improvements in efficiency, and I think that these methods could help us.
From what I’ve read about Lean Manufacturing In the Medical Device Industry, I think it could be worth the difficult adjustment in the end. It will be a tough road, though.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
