I currently have a roof that is in desperate need of repair.  It’s not that the roof is leaking on me, but it could at any point.  That is the way that I feel right now, but have no idea how much longer the roof will hold.  Because of this we are getting estimates on the roof right now.  We have already have a few companies come in and give us quotes, but choosing the right roofing materials is what we are struggling with a little bit.  I think that after we choose the materials we will be able to proceed with a lot more grace.

I have been thinking about different ways that I can make my outside area look amazing.  I have thought about putting in a deck, but struggle with choosing which kind of Outdoor Deck Flooring that I should be using.  I realize that I could be using ceramic tiles, or any kind of hardwood.  But knowing exactly what to use is the key to this thing being affordable and worth my time.  I want it to hold up over time, but not be so expensive that I could guy another one 3 different times.  I am just not that kind of guy.
