Some of you might not be familiar with occupational therapy and nature of work. Occupational therapy is defined as a treatment that is designed to help people achieve independence in all aspects of their lives, which often means improving their motor, physical, cognitive skills, as well self-esteem. The work “occupation”, doesn’t mean that OT only works for people who are occupied as it can also treat infants, children.
