There are stages of pancreatic cancer that are only suppose to guide the doctor in the treatment of such pancreatic tumors. The first stage of this type of cancer is the stage where the tumors are attached to the pancreas and have not gone anywhere else around the pancreas or anywhere else in the body. This is a good stage to diagnose this type of cancer because there is a chance that this cancer could be brought under control and the patient make a full recovery form the ordeal of getting pancreatic cancer in the first place. This is the first stage.
