Take a Breath
De-stressing yourself during work can work wonders for your body. It will certainly help you lose stomach fat accumulated due to stress, erratic meal timings, etc. Some interesting ways of de-stressing is practicing some quick yoga at your desk. Do some arm stretching while remaining seated on your chair, or while standing up. Stretch your arms behind your back and clasp them together. Hold this pose and lift your arms slowly as high as possible. Then lift your sternum, the muscle that connects the ribs. Hold it for half a minute and repeat it for a few times. Start following this regularly and you’ll get results.
